Chartering is a core activity of any commercial management process. In accordance with BIMCO’s Standard Ship Management Agreement “SHIPMAN 2009,” it comprises—but is not limited to—“seeking and negotiating employment for the vessel and the conclusion of charter parties or other contracts relating to the employment of the vessel.”

Depending on the owners’ requests, we provide chartering services for each ship voyage, single time charter (“time charter trip”), or period employment where required. Furthermore, future business developments will focus on building and strengthening relationships with cargo interests and securing contract employment for our growing fleet.
